Welcome back! At this appointment you will turn in your direct deposit form and BMT visitors checklist. Once your documents are turned in we will review them together because pay us important right?! We will then re-qualify you and set your next appointment date.

This is a practice test for the ASVAB. This test consists of 20 questions requiring completion in a thirty minute timeframe. After completion I will review your score with you and we’ll decide if you are ready for the ASVAB. Please review a study guide or ASVAB practice material before booking. See you soon:)
This is a mandated requirement before ALL MEPs appointments. At this appointment we will review what to expect during your visit, what to wear/not wear and finally what to bring. You will be given specific forms depended on what service you are going for, so please ensure that you keep them to bring with you upon your appointment date.
This is a mandated appointment that can sometimes be held via phone call unless your appointment was for a physical exam. If your appointment was for a physical please ensure that you come directly to my office to have this appointment, it cannot be done via phone.

This appointment is for NEW applicants, meaning anyone that I have not seen face to face. For your initial appointment you will take the APT, which is a practice test meant to tell us both if you are ready for the official ASVAB. If the APT is successful we will complete all necessary forms to officially apply for the Air Force, making you an official candidate! Before accepting the role of candidate please ensure that you are 100% sure of your decision, if not that’s okay and we will discuss what is best for you but it is IMPORTANT to not make this decision if any doubts remain.
